Dismountable: The Belt conveyor cover madrid Model is hinged on both sides and can be completely disassembled by simply loosening four nuts, leaving the belt conveyor completely free, without any structures.
Self-supporting: it does not require any structure.
Quick and easy to install: it adapts to practically all conveyor belts.
Never install all steel angles first; small dimensional differences the covers may have from one another can add up to a large difference in large quantities. Install only eight steel angles and then two covers on them, and so on.
Install the covers alternately, one above and one below, and so on. Do not place them all on top of the previous one.
Tools required: Electric screwdriver with 8mm. socket (for steel angles) or welding equipment (for steel plates), two 10mm. and one 11mm. wrenches.
Stop the belt conveyor before starting the installation.
Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by law. CAPOTEX recommends the use of gloves, helmet, safety boots, ear protection and welding mask (for steel plate welding only).
